Terms of Service

PresetKey is a desktop panel for Adobe Premiere Pro made by ClipNinja. By installing or using PresetKey, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. The software

PresetKey is currently an invitation-only beta. A beta invitation may be limited by time and redemptions. A license issued after redemption is a one-time Pro entitlement for up to two of the license holder’s devices. Beta software may contain defects or change before public release. Keep project backups and review generated Premiere Pro changes before saving over production work.

2. Licenses

License keys are personal, may not be resold or publicly shared, and may be disabled for abuse, fraudulent redemption or attempts to bypass device limits. Public paid sales are not enabled on this site yet; final commercial terms and refund terms will be published before paid launch.

3. Crosspost and your social accounts

Crosspost posts videos to accounts you connect. You are responsible for the content you post, for having the rights to it, and for complying with each platform’s terms: the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use. Each platform decides what happens to a post after upload (processing, moderation, audience limits on unaudited apps); PresetKey shows you the state it is told and cannot override it. Do not use Crosspost to post content you do not own, to spam, or to circumvent a platform’s rules. Access tokens stay on your computer; keep that computer secure.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the license checks, redistribute the panel, or use it to interfere with Adobe Premiere Pro, the platforms it posts to, or other people’s accounts.

5. Disclaimer and liability

PresetKey is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClipNinja is not liable for lost footage, lost projects, failed or mistaken uploads, platform actions against your accounts, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of PresetKey.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
