Data deletion

PresetKey keeps the accounts you connect on your own computer, so deleting them is something you can do yourself, immediately, without asking us.

Remove a connected social account

1. Open the PresetKey panel in Premiere Pro (Window → Extensions → PresetKey).
2. Open Settings → Crosspost.
3. Press Disconnect next to the account. Its access token is deleted from your computer at once.
4. Optionally also revoke PresetKey on the platform side: Google account security settings (Third-party access), TikTok Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, or Facebook Settings → Apps and websites.

Remove everything the panel stores

Uninstall the panel, then delete the folder %APPDATA%\HyperKey. That folder holds every setting, preset, layout, upload queue entry and token PresetKey ever wrote.

Delete your license record on this site

Email clipninjanetwork@gmail.com from the address the license was issued to, with the subject “Delete my PresetKey data”. We delete the license record and its device identifiers within 30 days and confirm by reply. Deleting the record ends the license.

Facebook and Instagram data deletion requests

If you remove PresetKey from your Facebook account’s Apps and websites, follow the steps above to clear the token from your computer. There is nothing to delete on our servers, because PresetKey never sends Meta data to us. For any question, use the email above.
